I have a simple food philosophy. I think in terms of seasons. I think that if you cook fresh, with the best and most seasonal products, letting the ingredients speak for themselves, the end result will be amazingly flavorful and naturally healthy. I call it clean cooking.
I get a lot of inspiration from early visits Saturday morning to the San Francisco Farmer's Market. I love to see all the brilliant colors, to smell and to taste all of the wonderful things and then to go home and create.
The food I make for myself is the food that I like to make for my clients. I like rustic, homey creations from all different ethnic origins. The foods of Italy, France and India are some of my favorites to prepare. Of course, I also love good ol' American favorites. Give me fried chicken and mashed potatoes once in a while and I am happy as a clam.
I was raised in a family of bread makers, gourmet cooks and food lovers. We have always used food as a way of opening up the lines of communication, as a means of expression and as a method of showing love and appreciation. I want to use this gift and work with other families, bringing them delicious food and allowing them to relax and enjoy their own families.

"Molly was a life-saver when my second child was born. She whipped up delicious meals to meet our picky requirements. We would all hover around the kitchen at lunchtime on 'Molly days' to await our steaming bowl of soup. I enjoyed coming home from a long day out with the kids to a wholesome meal already prepared. Molly, you're the best!"
